We SHIP ORDERS via the United States Post Office (priority mail shipping).

Ground shipping in the United States is 12.00 (flat rate).

The total shipping amount charged includes tax, insurance and an online tracking number.

Shipping confirmation and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

A flat Rate of 45.00 will be charged for Non-Domestic (outside of the United States) shipping and handling.

All priority orders will be processed within 24-72 business hours of receiving payment.

Depending on its destination, United States Orders with priority shipping and handling take 3–5 business days for delivery after the package has been received and processed by the post office.

I try my best to process all orders within 24-72 business hours of your payment being verified, but due to back orders and also the complexity of some of the hairstyles of my custom styled wig and weave units, this may not be possible, if so Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

NOTE: Upon purchase, please provide a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, I would love to stay in touch with every customer! Besides, your shipping confirmation and tracking info will be sent to your email address.

NOTE: Please provide us a detailed and correct address. P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by your mistake of providing the wrong shipping address information during checkout. I do apologize, but Honey Lace Wigs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, a signature will be required upon each and every delivery(Absolutely no exceptions).


Due to the exclusive nature of the product there are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. If I have made a mistake, I offer EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. The item/items to be exchanged must be mailed for exchange in it's original state. I will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be in tact.

To Exchange

1. Items must be in their original condition - I will not accept any merchandise that has been used/ altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.

2. If you want to exchange an item you will need to call my customer service number for further details

3. I exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that my customers receive the best product. To exchange, Please Ship back within 7 days of receipt.

I strive to represent all items in the most honest & accurate way, so it is highly suggested that you view the product descriptions and pictures carefully, and also email or call with questions and concerns that you may have before you purchase.
